I am a professional CAD Drafter and Architectural Design Consultant.

I specialize in Architectural Design and Drafting. I handle mostly preliminary design phases, but I also have plenty of experience with design development and producing (drafting) constructions documents. I also provide 3D modeling services; i create digital models using software and make them into a video. This gives my clients a change to see a virtual model of their building long before its built.

I have done residential designs; including Energy efficient homes. I have a wide range of commercial design experience including; retail, educational, industrial, and assembly.

Retail: Design of an electronics store.

Educational: Design of Baldwin Academy for the Church of God of Baldwin

Industrial: Proposed an idea to the City of Flint Planning Commission for the re-development of the GM/AC Spark plug site

Assembly: designed a house of jazz &soul food restaurant

Residential: designed 1100, 3000, and 6000 Sq. Ft. homes

Other: conducted a building survey & developed a site plan and floor plan for a local client starting up a auto repair shop & dealership

These outline my primary design projects. i have worked on many other projects as a drafter and/or consultant. I have done some work as a mechanical drafter as well; creating individual parts and assembly models in 3D as well as 2D shop drawings.
