Payment
I accept payment through SafePay Escrow as recommended by Guru. I also accept checks, E-Check, Wire Transfer, or Safe Pay Account Funds.
Payment Schedule
For small projects, I prefer to exchange payment for final deliverable.
For larger, more involved projects, I prefer to receive payments after providing bench mark deliverables; such as Design Concepts, Final Design, Construction/Permit Drawings, etc.
Communication
I can communicate in whatever way suites the client.
General Availability
