Work Terms

PAYMENT: A signed agreement (see below) and deposit are required to begin any work. All projects require that 100% of fees be funded (Guru Escrow or equivalent) before the inception of work. For projects with extended schedules lump sum payments at pre-determined benchmarks will be based on percentage complete. Full payment is required before I will release final work..

PROJECT SCOPE: A scope of all documentation for a project will be determined and agreed upon in writing before the inception of any work. Iterations and revision will be outlined in the initial scope and be binding as a work contract. Any work beyond that defined in the project scope will constitute additional services and will require an additional contract and payment schedule.

COMPLETION OF WORK: Completed work will be defined as work that has been completed per the requirements of the contract and delivered to the client in the matter defined in the work contract.

CONFLICTS: All conflicts will be resolved directly between parties outlined in the work contract. I strive to provide the best service and deliverables possible, and want to make sure any dissatisfaction is quickly resolved.
