I did this for another drafter that lives in Canada, where the building is being built. He was very busy and needed some help to complete the project. This is a five story building with shop's on the ground floor and living space's/office's on the upper level's. This project is the one that gave me a solid start in my freelance career. The drafter I did this for, not only gave me my first break, but also has been a mentor to me. He said that there might also be some future work for me to do with him.
