My experience includes working in the Mechanical, Architectural and Environmental engineering fields. My most recent work experience has been with a world wide Automotive Robotic Welding Equipment manufacturer, as a senior level designer. I have traveled world wide with this company to achieve a high level of hands-on experience and extensive troubleshooting skills. My main responsibilities included, but not limited to; creating and finalizing all production 3-D components as well as full assembly models using Autodesk Inventor series 7-9, created 2-D detail and assembly drawings used in daily production utilizing Autodesk Mechanical 2005. I also provided in-depth design support to the CNC programming department concerning any design questions or concerns. Another main responsibility was to ensure that all ISO 9001:2000 certified design standards were utilized. I was an active participant/leader in various Q.C. projects and competitions. My most recent Q.C. project led our team to compete in Tokyo Japan. Our first place project provided Obara Corporation USA with a savings of over $255,000 a year.
