I am new to the freelance design world. I would like to start part-time as I "get my feet wet" and go from there. I am looking to work from my home office and detailed milestones, as well as payment intervals/dates, will need to be set before beginning of project. I am upfront and honest, and I expect the same from an employer. Communication is key and regular updates will be exchanged. I guarantee that I am providing what I say I will, and the employer will guarantee that the work scope is realistic and accurate.
