I have over 14 years experience in the drafting field. I have both commercial and residential experience. I have worked with large architectural and structural firms doing large scale projects like shopping malls, grocery stores and other professional office buildings. I have also worked for a residential home design shop working on small to large custom homes, apartments, and multi-family dwellings. In these jobs I have worked with builder, building codes, and building officials to meet the customers specifications.
I have been in business for myself for over four years, drafting house and small commercial projects. I use Autocad 2008 for my drafting projects. I try and use common sense in all my projects to help both the builder and the owner achieve the desired results a complete building.
