Formed in 2004, Phorma Designs Inc. is a design professional firm practicing architecture, urban design and land planning. The experience that Phorma Designs, Inc. brings has been achieved by working on a wide array of project types while employed by other firms. Projects included master planning and urban design, municipal design, commercial projects-ranging from retail space planning and educational institutions to restaurants and residential (new and remodeled additions). Each project brings its own challenges from small to large size projects but, treats its clients with the same professionalism and high design standards to assist clients to achieve their project goals. In order to succeed and grow the firm must keep the client as a member of the design family process and with this we all succeed to achieve the projects goals. The firm’s integrity also remains aware of a client’s budget and timely deadlines. Payment Method:
All payment methods mentioned under these terms will be additive in the signed proposal issued to every client. Depending on the size of the project and fees a certain percentage will be requested for initial payment to activate the project. Subsequent payments for services shall be made as completed services are rendered, and where applicable, shall be in proportion to services performed on the basis set forth in the signed proposal issued to the client after bid award. All payments shall be made through SafePay Escrow and shall be made out only by E-Check, Wire Transfer and or Business Check.
