Work Terms
|
We usually follow this procedure:
1. Sign a project agreement qith deliverable dates, budget and payment method.
2. The client send us all the information we need to do the illustrations: book format, illustrations size, illustrations descriptions and story lines.
3. We usually use Safe Pay Escrow. The client make a partial or full amount deposit on Guru so we could start working. He/She won´t need to release it until he/she is completely satisfied with the results.
4. We send the black & white line illustrations for revision.
5. The client suggest changes if necessary.
6. We deliver the full color illustrations.
7. The client suggest changes if necessary.
8. We deliver the final artwork.
9. The client release the payment.
