Architectural Visualization
The graphics are created using the latest versions of Google Sketchup, Vue Infinite, And Autodesk software. The finishing details are worked with the Adobe Suite. Our Software is tailored to the demands of each project, supported by our programming phase, a set of hand created strokes coverted to digital strokes and/or scripts give each completed project a unique signature graphic style.

Phase 1
Please provide us with detail description of the work and include attachments if necessary.
Phase 2
A draft will be provided for the initial work and sent to you for review and feedback.
Phase 3
A project plan will be sent to you for approval including detailed milestones and deadlines. Once the plan is reviewed and approved by you, the project will begin execution.
The Initial invoice will be a retainer of 30% of the proposal's estimated fee. The initial Invoice is due upon agreement of terms of project.
Phase 4
A project development tracker will be done to check progress and you will be provided with a link to it to check the daily status of the tasks online.

All approved works will be released after full payments. You will be provided with a media backup of the files by CD/DVD, as well as uploading final work files to Guru Workroom.
Edits/Additions
Anything not specified in contract will be provided at additional charge. All work is sent for approval prior implementation. Your satisfaction is our priority!
