I am located just outside of Boise Idaho, with years of experience creating illustrations, renderings and marketing collateral for the construction, home building, and real estate industries. By using the latest technologies and techniques, we can streamline the visualization process, producing illustrations, floorplans, all other vital forms of marketing collateral for architects, cities and construction firms.
I have resided in Idaho for 3 years, but have worked for clients all over the United States. Many projects have been featured in Salt Lake Magazine, St. George Today, Utah Style and Design, Las Vegas Living, The Cedar City Festival of Homes and viewed our work in the 2007 and 2008 Southern Utah Parade of Homes.

Payment Terms: I accept Checks and Paypal payments, as well as use the Guru safe-pay. Because I am usually able to schedule a full week of projects, and must ensure that each client receives their collateral in a timely manner, I will need 50% of the estimated project fee up front in order to schedule your project. If you are in the Boise Area, we can come to you to get floorplans, checks, material samples etc.
What we need to start your project: The most important thing needed is floorplans when available. All we need is the Autocad (DWG) files, or PDF files, (usually these can be exported from the illustration program the designer uses) as well as paint colors and materials (if you are doing a more photorealistic or final rendering). I will need to know what style you would like your project to be completed in. I can produce photorealistic 3D renderings, Hand drawn watercolor, 2D marker, or solid color sketches... as a general rule, if you can describe or show us the style and format you need, I can produce it. Communications: I work with clients across the Untied States, and can easily work with clients anywhere in the world. I am available by phone, email, skype, and any other way you want to communicate.
