If this is our first project together AND you do not have an established payment history on Guru, then payment shall be through Safe Pay Escrow. If we have worked together before OR you have a history of prompt payment on Guru, then payment may be made through Safe Pay Invoicing.
I am willing to negotiate on hourly minimum and project rates as I only bid on the projects that truly interest me. If my bid was over your budget amount, please let me know. We may be able to reach an equitable arrangement.
