Work Terms

PROJECT COSTS, QUOTES, & NEGOTIATIONS

From the very first interaction I try to make certain that my clients know that their time is just as valuable as my own. During a scheduled counseling session (only if preferred) we will establish all expectations for delivered work, deadlines, and payment received. In addition, we can discuss negotiations to the initially proposed payment.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Generally, I ask a 25% upfront payment from all of my clients and prefer to handle all payments on Guru through their SafePay system. This can be negotiated if you have a proven track record with Guru, and/or you have any reservations or counter offers for the upfront percentage.

HOURS & AVAILABILITY

While I try to maintain the work hours of 10AM - 6PM (Eastern), Monday thru Friday, I am absolutely flexible to the needs of my clients and am perfectly willing to establish a schedule that suits both our needs.

COMMUNICATION

Reliability all the way; all correspondence sent during business hours will be answered within one hour. Any correspondence received after business hours will be answered promptly the following morning. All clients are provided with a special in-case-of-emergency email where I can be reached at all times.
