Work Terms

Please email me with information about the project(s) that you need assistance with completing. I will respond within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

We will discuss your project needs, and I will provide you with a project estimate, a "not to exceed" agreement and a project completion agreement.

I request a 25% retainer fee on all projects. I can commit to projects that need completion right away and also to projects that are ongoing over several months. Depending on the type of long term project, I will invoice you on a monthly basis and/or based on satisfactory completion of project delivery milestones.

Client confidentiality is of utmost importance to me. Confidentiality will be maintained with all information provided to me in order to work on and complete a project.

Your company or organization retains ownership of all documents and materials that are generated as part of a project. These documents and materials are protected by copyright laws.

Payment for services is made through the SafePay Escrow account.
