Payment Method: For the protection of all parties, I accept payment by check, E-check, or Wire Transfer through Safe Pay Escrow only.
Communication: I am available by e-mail, telephone, or Skype; however, I prefer to be contacted by e-mail or SMS text message, whenever possible. We can then schedule a telephone or Skype conference at a mutually agreeable time, if necessary.
General Availability: I am usually available between the hours of 9 a.m and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Feedback/Endorsement: I welcome constructive and positive feedback on completed projects, and I will leave feedback for my employers in return. If necessary, will do my best to positively resolve any issues that may arise before leaving feedback, and to be both honest and fair. I hope my clients will do the same.

A positive working relationship with my client is of paramount importance to me. I will always strive to provide the service and quality that my employer requires. I will be open to input and ask for clarification rather than to provide a less than adequate product. I would hope that my employer would provide any necessary guidelines, feedback and information in a clear and timely manner, and recognize that last minute revisions on the employer's part (not due to my error) may result in unnecessary delays.
