Work Terms

COMMUNICATION: I work in four primary phases:
PHASE 1: Structure and Content.
PHASE 2: Design Templates.
PHASE 3: Build-Out, Beta Site, and Testing.
PHASE 4: Metadata and Launch.
Each phase is accompanied with deliverables and an updated estimate for the remainder of the project. Meetings are scheduled at the beginning and end of each phase, at which time the deliverables are either approved or desired changes are discussed.
Additional services are available, billable by the hour or to budget, including:
- Ongoing site maintenance.
- Social networking sites.
- Marketing collateral design and production design . . . and more.
PAYMENT: Progress payments are due upon completion of each phase. Payments can be made through Guru's SafePay Escrow.
FEEDBACK: I always appreciate feedback from my clients, whether it is high praise or constructive criticism. Each project is a chance for me to get better at what I do.
