Additionally we offer 24-7 online support from our website.
Communication: We are available & prefer to communicate via Telephone, Skype, Yahoo IM, MSN IM, AOL and E-mail.
Payment Terms: We are quite flexible on the payment terms and conditions and respect the customer decision on this although we prefer Guru's Escrow Payment method.
Our Payment Terms:
Project value less than USD 250
100% amount deposit at Guru Escrow
100% amount release as on completion of project
Project value USD 250 to 500
100% amount deposit in Escrow
50% amount release as upfront
Balance 50% as on project completion
Project Value USD 500 to USD 1000 and more than USD 1000
100% amount deposit in Escrow
Payment release as per milestone set in the agreement.
We shalll provide six months support/guarantee on our delivered projects, any changes or additional work after the warranty period would be charged at our USD 15 per hours. We shall sign a standard NDA on request.
