# 50% of total project value as advance on project acceptance & balance 50% on successful completion of work (Could be customized as per the project size and value)
# We take 7 working days to settle one point of contact i.e. a Project Manager for your project after receiving the advance payment.
# You will be getting MIS monthly regarding updates of your project.
# You will be routed directly to your Project Manager (OPC) incase of any feedback or suggestions regarding your project status.
# Any escalations or commercial issues would be resolved by the Marketing Manager with you.
# Post Project Support: Every project is backed up with three month of free post project support.
# All change requests (i.e. all work that is outside the scope of work mutually agreed by the buyer and the service provider) or additional work will be charged extra.
