I appreciate SafetyEscrow via guru.com. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required prior to project commencement. Prefer flat-fee projects versus hourly rates unless ongoing routine maintenance or small graphics projects. It works best for everyone.
For ongoing clients, NET 30 invoicing is fine.

Designing remotely requires quick feed-back on the many questions that will arise. My policy is to communicate with clients about everything to ensure each step is fully completed to their satisfaction along the way.
Guarantee Policy
Draft materials are always submitted for client approval. After sign-off, we allow for one edit across-the-board. My business is built on customer satisfaction.
