Each project is handled by me personally, you can receive daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly updates on your project.
The process if you decide to use our company is the following.
1. Award the project to iDESIGNS.
2. iDESIGNS signs a NDA (if necessary).
3. Discuss and document the project expectations and details. Our project manager will send you a project agreement showing the price we have in this proposal and what we are expected to do.
4. Once the project agreement has been signed, we invoice you for 50% of the total cost of the project. The remainder is due once the project is complete.
5. From our discussion, we will take your ideas and create the first draft of the site.
6. You will make comments and suggestions about our first draft. From those comments, we will have an updated or second draft for you to review. We will continue this process until you approve the design.
7. Once approved, we will then code the design into the actual website.
8. Once that is complete, we add any animation and content needed to complete the site. If your site requires programming, we will do that during this time.
9. You will be asked to test and review the site. This will be your final opportunity to make changes before the site is live on the web.
10. Once we have your final approval, we upload the site to your server. The project is complete and final payment is due.
