I spent over ten years directing a broad range of corporate IT initiatives as Citi's User Experience Group Manager. While managing an international team of designers, developers, and usability architects, I was responsible for the design & user experience of over 300 internet / intranet websites and business applications. As a result, I have hands-on experience leading several stages of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, prototyping, development and usability testing.
I am passionate about designing for the user, and am driven by a famous quote by Leonardo da Vinci "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication". While at Citi, I facilitated global usability test sessions with user focus groups. In order to accomplish this task I literally traveled around the globe observing Citigroup employee interactions with my designs. I authored Citi's Corporate Intranet Branding Standards and successfully managed a project to Usability test, and completely redesign Citigroup.com.
I have over 20 years experience in logo, web, and UX design, Usability reviews and testing. I have designed for Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals alike. No project is too large or too small for my full and enthusiastic attention. I am always eager to take on new projects, and I look forward to working with you!

Work Terms

Payment Method: UX Design Group will only work with Employers who agree to use Guru.com's recommended SafePay Escrow service. Additionally, we only accept payment by Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer Funds.
Communication: We can communicate about your project by phone, e-mail, or Skype. Upon proposal acceptance, we will need to schedule a kickoff call to get your project started. Design reviews can happen via email, or over the phone - whichever you prefer.
