I currently own a small Firearms store and have been in business for one year as of Sept. 1st 2010. How will this effect my dedication to your project? It won't. I will never bid on a job or take on a job that I am not reasonably sure that I will be able to complete the task BEFORE the due date. You can be assured that I will conduct all business in a professional manner and expect the same. Our store is till new and I do not get a lot of walk in customers at this time. In general, I have plenty of extra time to complete other tasks throughout each day. Should that ever change then I will not be bidding on your job. In other words, I only bid if I have the time to complete said project.

I have references and experience with online work since 2006. Most of my online work has been with the same people and has not required me to seek more projects on Guru as you'll notice by my profile stats. Most of those clients no longer need my services or need them less, thus my return to Guru.

I have experience with web site design, template design/customization, html, css, php, MySql databases, web site maintenance, monthly newsletters, newsletter list maintenance through Constant Contacts.

I have worked extensively with Wordpress. I have experience with Static web design (html), Zen Cart, OSCommerce, PHPPoint of sale, MySql database, SQL.

Four years of virtual assistance with the same client.

Terms:

I prefer to communicate through the Guru project message board and Email. Phone # provided if necessary but the call will be recorded for reference purposes.

I require payment to be through Safe Pay Escrow.

As a business owner myself I understand budget constraints and I am willing to work with you if I can. If my bid is more than your budget will allow, contact me and we may be able to work something out. I would even consider bartering for part or all of the fees. Of course, all payments, fees, billing would have to be agreed upon up front.

Due to the time involved, I require a minimum of 50% in escrow before I begin your project, with the balance due no later than 48 hours from the end of project completion on all projects that take one month or less. Projects longer than one month require one month's fees in escrow at all times with monthly payments due no later than the 2nd of each month. Moneys will remain in escrow until project completion and monthly payments will not be from this escrow.

Of course, everything is negotiable.

I do not work for free (no spec/test jobs). If you want examples of my work, just ask.

Feedback is the life blood of any online relationship. I expect honest, forthright feedback. I will give the same.

Accepting my bid is accepting my terms, any deviation from these terms must be in writing before accepting my bid.
