The only costs to the customer are for equipment and new software the customer wishes to purchase for themselves.

For Internet broadcasting customers who wish to establish high quality or HD streaming capabilities we require you to have an ISP which can maintain at least 1 megabyte upload speed. If you do not currently have an ISP capable of 1 megabyte upload speeds, we can locate one for you at no additional charge.
