In return, I will meet and exceed your expectations by providing exceptional quality work within your requested timeline. I guarantee to provide print-ready files when your printers' specifications are supplied. I will gladly allow your printer to contact me directly if they have any questions about your project. I would prefer payment through Guru's SafePay system. I believe in the mutual benefits of providing feedback and would expect that you would provide feedback in return. I prefer to be contacted by phone, fax or e-mail. You may call whenever it is convenient to you as many times as necessary, on any day, 24-hours a day, except Sunday (unless agreed to beforehand).
