Work Process & Guarantee

Throughout the course of any job, my main focus is to ask plenty of questions & send plenty of proofs to make sure I'm creating something the client will be happy with. Please let me know during our exchanges if you are dissatisfied with anything. If, for whatever reason, the job simply isn't working out for you, feel free to let me know and you'll never be charged for it.

Payment Method

My preferred method of payment is Check or E-Check through Guru's SafePay, to keep everything easy to manage. If, however, you would prefer to pay me directly via cash or PayPal, I can send you the payment details when the job is completed. (No checks or money orders, please.)

Hours & Communication

I prefer to work Monday through Friday, between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM Mountain Time (US). If I am away from the office when you e-mail me, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail message telling you when I will be back. If I am only briefly away from my computer during office hours, I will put up an Away message to reflect this, which will state when I will return.
