Always more interested in real estate marketing and advertising than I was in the ins-and-outs of contract negotiation, I elected to quit the real estate business after less than two years and over $3 million in sales and focus on desktop publishing and graphic design as a means to effectively market properties and retain clients. I can now offer help to other agents in devising a marketing campaign based on virtually any budget. From as little as $30 per month to $1,000 or greater, I can assist in giving your real estate clients what they've signed on for and what they deserve.
Due to the consistent referrals of many satisfied clients and some well-honed networking skills, I have expanded this knowledge to include small business owners. The principals of real estate marketing transcend any small or medium business looking to gain exposure and add to their client base. As each client is unique and requires special attention when it comes to services offered and methods of invoicing, it is important to work closely with one another to find a balance that suits your specific needs while adhering to the business practices of Susan Kraut's completeREsources.
While most of my clients realize the value of my services and are diligent in providing payment for tasks completed, I too often find myself chasing down clients to collect on outstanding invoices.
As many of my services require materials or other up-front costs, it is not the intention of Susan Kraut's completeREsources to act as a financial instiution in providing product on credit to my clients.
Expenses incurred for projects will be accurately tracked and added to invoices with hard-copy recipts provided when applicable.
Susan Kraut's completeREsources does not charge for minor, miscellaneous expenses, however postage, shipping costs, printing expenses, labels, envelopes, and the like are reimbursed unless provided in advance by the client.
I will make every attempt to make myself available to my clients seven days a week as I always have, but I do have established business hours within which I can guarantee that you will reach me. Any urgent tasks that need to be completed outside of those hours will be provided on a discretionary basis.
