NOTE - These terms will apply unless otherwise discussed.

HOURS:
Monday - Friday: 6 pm until 10 pm eastern standard time
Saturday - Sunday: 9 am until 11 pm eastern standard time

PAYMENT/ESTIMATES:
I prefer to use guru.com Safepay Escrow services. I do not accept credit cards. For checks or paypal, half upfront will be required.

TIMELINES/DEADLINES:
Get Branded Graphics is NOT responsible for missed deadlines caused by client. I will stay in constant communication and I expect the client to do the same.

EXTRA EXPENSES:
Unless stated in propsal, purchases such as hard copy proofs, stock photography, special fonts, printing or shipping cost, etc. will incur additional fees.

REVISIONS:
Additional work requested by the client after a proposal has been approved is considered revising the original details of the project. If the client's job changes substantially from what was originally described, a revised fee will be agreed upon by both parties before any work will begin or proceed.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS:
It is the client’s responsibility to check ALL proofs carefully for errors and/or typos.

USAGE AND OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORK:
Only upon payment of the full project balance will usage rights for the specified project be granted to the client. Jackie Lamb will still retain personal rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, and/or the marketing of my business.
