Work Terms

General office hours: M-F 9-4, Sa 8-12

Communication: email preferably, phone for clarifications

Delivery: electronic primarily, hard-copies also if necessary

Satisfaction: guaranteed. Revisions vary/product

Payment: prefer direct deposit to PayPal account; account info will be released upon electronic guarantee of contract. 1/2 due at time of contract agreement, 1/2 due upon confirmation of satisfaction with final product proofs.

Delivery: Final products: delivered electronically once payment is received in account, or mailed within 24 hours if M-F, 48 hours if Sa-Su.
