In brief the work I do is clear, concise, unless otherwise specified,
and organized. I am a very analytical
person and I always create work as though anyone in any terms could read and
understand it. It is important to
provide specifics and examples so I have included sample work in my profile.
I enjoy any task that is research based and I am skilled at
turning chaos into cohesion. I do not
cut corners but I do work extremely efficiently. A model of time management I use is the 50:10
rule. For 50 minutes I work diligently,
no phones, no instant messenger, no checking emails, and for 10 minutes I break
to complete these other actions. In a
four hour window a great deal of productivity is achieved.
My experience in administrative work is literally second nature. I systematically run my life and my business
in an organized way. There is always a ‘next
step’ and to reach it you have to investigate the variables in order of
importance to get the most production out of any action. I have, also 7 years of professional administration
work in various health related fields.
My expertise and passion lies in the health and medical
profession, predominantly in exercise science, physical therapy, nutrition
science, fitness and wellness and holistic health studies.
