Work Terms

We work for you (and our other clients) Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM Central Time. For some fixed-bid projects, we will work weekends if it's required to meet a deadline. For hourly projects, we will charge time-and-a-half for weekend and holiday work.

Our professional team of developers, consultants, graphic design/voice talent, etc., will be available by telephone and Skype as needed but, as always, we prefer e-mail communication. File transfer can be facilitated by DropBox, Guru, or any other mutually agreed-upon method. All conference calls and telephone calls will be recorded for our mutual protection.

Work is guaranteed and it warranted through to delivery + 14 days. A warranty does not cover new feature/scope creep, buyer's remorse, or UI/UX design changes of any kind. A warranty covers features and functionality as committed in the original agreement.
