Work Terms

I prefer communication over the phone and through email,
unless the employer is close by, then I prefer a face-to-face meeting. I am available via email all day but am able
to talk on the phone only when I’m not working with someone else, please leave
a voice mail and I will get back to you as soon as possible. My ideal payment method is SafePay Escrow,
which costs me a fee to use but I prefer the safety it provides both employer
and contractor. For short-term projects a small portion of the full payment may be due before the project is started (usually $50) and the remaining balance will be due after the completion of the project but for long-term
projects a work/payment schedule will be established. Once that scheduled point is reached the work
will be reviewed and the schedule payment can be released after the employer is
satisfied with that body of work.
