Work Terms

Relationship
This posting is for consulting services for your company. Stirn and Associates, LLC has been a registered and licensed business since 1998 and is offering "consulting" services through Guru.com. All consultants from our company operate in a vendor/client relationship via 1099 Contracting Terms only.

Proposal Terms (Please Read)
Our submitted proposals are honored for up to 5-business days after the Guru Project Posting closes. If you need additional time and have considered our proposal a potential solution; please call us to extend the bid review time. Projects awarded outside of our 5-day window are subject to re-negotiation.

Payments
Payments will be made using Guru Escrow Services.

Semi-Weekly progress payments for work completed must be released from the escrow account as work / projects project status reports are submitted. The term for transfer of funds from escrow for work completed, based on progress, is net 5-days.

Communication and General Availability
We accept communication with our clients, Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. Other frequency in communication can be planned accordingly. Preferred method of communication is by email, phone, or Skype. We are available for onsite service within a 150-mile radius of Fort Myers, Florida. All other locations outside of this area are serviced by internet and phone only; unless the client agrees to pay for all travel time, cost, and expenses.
