We consider the initial phase of any project to be the hardest phase. We do not follow standard methodologies. But we are extremely organized in our thoughts and efforts. We observe and take detailed notes in this engagement stage.
Early on, we demonstrate how cross functional synergies can be achieved with minimal time consumption when key stake holders are incentivized to understand the importance and made to participate in such efforts.
This leads to the most important aspect of how we tackle issues, Teamwork. We believe that what one person can do, two or more people can do better. Let us not forget the most important person in any of the teams we form, “You”, the person who knows best about the problem and what we are trying to achieve. Our teams of problem solvers take on different roles from being a sounding board, to acting as coaches, to performing complete hands on implementations, as the particular case may require.
