I have over 20 year of experience in directing, planning and implement training programs, seminars and conferences. I spent 13 years building a training and development company that achieved over $500,000 in sales annually. In 2004 I was diagnosed with lymphoma and my life took a different direction. I decided to use my talents and results oriented attitude to help nonprofit achieve their goals. I joined the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands (NAM) as a volunteer in Jan 2005 helping coordinate training and after two years of volunteering, I took a full time position with them as the Director of Member Services. In my five years with NAM, I grew their membership from 174 to over 260 organizations; tripled membership benefits, and found and organized one of area’s premier conferences for nonprofit organizations.
