Work Terms
|
While I are willing to work on your premises, I prefer to work from our office.
I am available to work 20-30 hours per week flex-time.
Best time to schedule a phone conference is M-F 9am - 4pm PST.
I prefer employers use 1099 Guru to simplify tax arrangements. However, I will accommodate Non-US clients without the availability of this service.
New clients are required to pay 10% up-front of mutually agreed proposal plans. Invoices will be submitted in 10 hours increments, with payment due upon receipt.
The client and I discuss each phase as we go via Guru Private DB to ensure quality and success of the project.
All accounts must use SafePay Esrow, but can be paid via SafePay or PayPal, and are subject to their resolution practices & rules, respectively.
I charge a $100 or 10% of invoice project start-up fee.
