Work Terms

Payment terms

Payment terms are Net 10 days, upon completion of project.

Before engaging on a client agreement, all terms are defined and dates established. The quality of our work is guaranteed. Once accepted, an offer cannot be canceled, for any reason, and payments are to be made at times specified. However, a client has the option to reschedule, postpone, or delay this project to suit its business needs, without penalty or time limit, subject only to a mutually agreed future time frame.

My hourly rate covers ancillary costs associated with travel within a 200-mile radius of Hartford, CT. Travel outside of this radius will be billed in an expense account format monthly.

Hourly rates vary from $40.00 to $250.00 per hour depending on the type of project and the work to be carried out.

We are open to discuss fixed-fee proposals and to the possibility of working on site.

Communication is the most vital aspect of any consulting project, large or small, which is why I am always available via phone, email, Skype, twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. If I am in a meeting I will contact you as soon as the meeting has concluded, I know you would appreciate that if I were with you.

Time slots are filling up but I am available for Skype and email between 7:00 AM EST and 11:00 PM EST. I am available for onsite visits between 8:00 AM EST and 6:00 PM EST. After hours consult available
