I have led supply chain and operations management consulting practices, been a CFO twice for small firms, restructured a Head of State's Presidential Guard, and worked with most industries on most issues somewhere in the world over the past 35 years.
Today I focus on small businesses and startups because the opportunity for positive impact is much greater, and the job satisfaction is enormously better.
The firm has affiliate offices in Ohio, Tennessee, Illinois, New Mexico, Florida, Nevada, El Salvador and the U.K.
Our associated consultants also provide expertise-based consulting in logistics management, accounting, engineering and a variety of other functions.

We prefer to work on a firm fixed price basis. That way the client is paying for Results (output) rather than number of hours or days (input).
We rarely work with any client without meeting face-to-face. This is because the risks of misunderstanding are too great when working only remotely. Typically, our costs are higher when we do not have an opportunity to meet the client.
