Strategy Consultant for Regional Health Care System - Judy Whalen and colleagues of the Center for Strategic Change, LLC have been strategic advisors to the CEO, Board of Directors and senior leadership team for over 13 years.Projects included board of director development, consulting with the CEO, conducting four strategic planning projects, and facilitating strategic thinking projects with the senior leadership team. The outcome of these projects is the health care system grew, became financially stable, added dental services, increased sites/clinic from one to six, built a solid organizational structure, expanded facilities, launched a regional health care system and continues to grow and expand to meet the needs of the under -served.
Succession Plan for Engineering Firm - Judy Whalen provided strategic counseling for the soon-to-retire CEO, facilitated strategic thinking sessions with the senior leadership team, assessed potential successors and offered a recommendation to the CEO. The outcome was the CEO retired, the new CEO stepped into the leadership role and the company continued to serve its customers.
Economic Development Plan for a Municipality - Judy Whalen facilitated an economic development plan for a city. The project included interacting with the City's Economic Development Committee and the Mayor, conducting focus groups, coordinating a survey, facilitating a day-long Summit, writing the final report.
