This Automated Test System was designed for an Aerospace customer. This ATE provides a test solution for there Rotory Ice Protection controller. The system was designed using a PXI DAC system and a custom interface PCB panel. The software to control the ATE was built around a LabView plateform. The software interface is built as a test sequencer which allows the user to select and run tests. Once testing is complete an automated report is generated. All data is saved to a SQL server database.
