Work Terms
|
Specific Terms to be negotiated based on project requirements including your milestones and required "time line" all mutually agreed upon before engagement.
We will sign a mutual nondisclosure agreement if you like; most customers routinely desire them. Your written requirements are essential before we can provide a quotation or proposal and we welcome you 'invitating' us to quote your project or call us at (847) 695-4050.
• Payment: We prefer payments via: Pay Pal, Wire Transfer, e-check or SafePay Escrow. Checks must clear in advance of continued work. Will use SafePay invoicing through Guru.com, or Control Alt 's contract. An advance payment / deposit is required with your order at the beginning of the project. Invoices are sent to the client weekly/bi-weekly as the case may be, describing work performed for the period billed.
• Communication: Prefer to communicate by e-mail. A conference call is good to get things started. Skype is used here. All technical information to be confirmed in writing.
• Availability: Hours vary as each project dictates. Regular Office hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, M-F.
