* HVAC design for new installation for Absorbtion Systems Panama for an animal vivarium.
* HVAC and plumbing layouts for new dormitories at Rowan University, Glassboro NJ.
* Designed ultra-pure (10Ra) stainless steel room-temperature and heated vessel getter gas purification processors, including hydrogen, nitrogen, ammonia and argon purifiers.
@ Design responsibilities included design, layout and verification of 304 & 316L stainless steel piping and valves, aluminum and sheet metal enclosures, aluminum extrusions, electronic display and control boards and associated wiring and sensors.
@ PLC logic and sensor interfaces for timing and safety sensors and devices.
@ Designed multi-circuit PLC I/O circuit schematics and physical harness routing, including low and high voltage wiring routing analysis for possible EMI interference.
@ Sized and selected UPS unit for ammonia processor project and various server power system upgrades.
* Design of non-standard desiccant air dryer equipment:
@ Design air handling piping, sensor fitments, control logic and wiring to meet customer special order specifications
@ Develop bills of material and detail drawings for manufacturing use. (All equipment is fabricated on-site.)
@ Project manager and design lead on the electrical controls and piping redesign for a line of industrial liquid cooled air compressor coolers, contracted by Ingersoll-Rand.
* 12 Years AutoCAD experience, CAD Manager.
* Planned, designed, implemented and produced new double line block libraries for CAD fittings.
* Authored documentation to achieve ISO 9002 certification.
* Certified ISO 9001 auditor team member.
