Work Terms

Billing & Payment - Billing invoices for work completed will be sent out weekly. Payment for services will be expected bi-weekly unless otherwise agreed to. Communication - email should be the primary method of passing instructions and questions, to ensure clarity for both parties. Any phone conversation will be followed by a summarizing email for conformation. Availability - Office hours are M-F 9am - 5pm. Email and Vmail outside these hours will be addressed the next business day, or addressed if content is critical to project. Statement of Responsibility - Client assumes all liability and responsibility for maintenance of and usage of resulting design materials including but not limited to software, electronics and hardware. Dissemination of any information, data or product derived from Imaj-ination's development work will be the Client's sole responsibility.
