Work Terms

Labor rates vary from $45 - $90 per hour depending on project scope, work being done and overall project size.

Consulting and Contract Labor Terms are Net 10 day billing is bi-weekly unless otherwise arranged for.

Fixed bid quotes for projects are available but always more expensive than consulting/contracting by hourly rates.

My standard contract protects proprietary rights for both of our intellectual property and assures your right to use any new i.p. that may come from my work for you. Patentable ideas resulting from an engagement with you will be yours subject to the terms of my engagement contract.

Effective communication is vital to a collaborative approach. Communications are handled by site visits as required and internet-telephone dialog for follow-up. Citrix "GoToMeeting" is a paramount tool for design reviews.

Generally I work at my office but will be on site as required. Travel expenses may be charged.
