I have successfully completed jobs for Ford, Chrysler, GM, Navistar, as well as many smaller companies. These have all included some form of automation. My team is now starting to get into manual fixtures, and assembly stations which is where a lot of automotive manufacturing is heading. High complexity, low volume is the route we have now begun, but we also welcome the low complexity high volume jobs for nearly any industry. If you have a need for a system or machine, ask us first. I have a lot of experience in the auto industry, and have been designing machines while working as project manager for 5 years. I use Autodesk Inventor, Autocad Mechanical, and Algor FEA. My controls guys are skilled on many platforms, and can make nearly anything I design work. We are a great automation team, and want to serve your needs.

Work Terms

We aren't just a design house, we like to build what we design. Use my team however you may from building an automatic assembly machine, to making a fixture, even small machine moves where you need controls and mechanical assistance.
We prefer turnkey custom machinery, and automation, but we are open to listening to your needs.
Our typical terms are 30% upon reciept of purchase order, 20% upon design acceptance, 30% upon machine acceptance and shipment, and 20% once the machinery has successfully run-off on your floor.
