Work Terms

Terms and Conditions
Unless agreed upon, following terms and conditions form basis of contract agreement between customer and Solideation LLC.
1. Work scope would be established and agreed upon by both parties prior to work commencement. Solideation LLC reserves the rights to decline changes after contract agreement.
2. Deliverables for the contract and timeline for agreed upon deliverables would be established. Solideation LLC reserves rights to decline changes suggested afterwards.
3. Payments
a. Cost established and offered would be honored, unless there are changes to project scope and/ or deliverables agreed upon by both parties.
b. All payments are due within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery, unless;
i. There are multiple deliverables and in that case, partial payments schedule tied to deliverables would be established and honored
ii. Work scope requiring prototyping would require fifteen (15) percent of cost as advance payment to support capital expenditure incurred
iii. Work scope requiring subscription, licensing or membership as an aid to deliverable would be charged to customer and would require payments within two (02) calendar days
iv. Any delays or non-payments would incur 15% interest rate.
4. Work scope involving no physical prototypes and where deliverables can be transferred via electronic mode such as scanned document, word document, pdf file etc. , would be transferred electronically via internet.
