I have gained teaching experience from my job as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Wind Tunnel Lab during my Masters. I tutored countless students freelance in college-level Math and Physics, and also worked during my undergraduate years as a Student Instructor hosting Calculus 1 study sessions. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and conveying a good understanding of basic principles to students.
In high-school (Cantemir Voda College, in Bucharest, Romania) I majored in Computer Science, with over 8 hours of theoretical and lab work per week. I graduated high-school with the equivalent of a Computer Science degree and during college I kept my coding skills sharp by applying them to class projects and taking an advanced Computer Science course. During my Masters I felt right at home working on Matlab programs for our courses.
I also did extensive coding in Visual Basic during my 3 month Internship with Piper Aircraft.
During the internship I also filled various positions: aerodynamics/performance engineer, flight test engineer, modification manager, equipment evaluation etc.
My current job is primarily a communications position, and I believe I honed my skills pretty sharp in that area, both in written and verbal technical communication and also in conflict resolution.
