Payment:
For first time customers I will accept payments through Guru's SafePay Escrow. Once a good working relationship has been formed I would be open to discussing other options.
Communication:
I prefer to have all communication with customers either through e-mail or over the phone. After phone conversations usually a summary e-mail covering the topics discussed will be sent out. This helps to prevent confusion. Once a working design is developed I will provide eDRAWINGS for review and comments.
Availability:
I will make time to accommodate the customer and pride myself on quick turnaround of deliverables.
