Project Manager
Experience:
Two years applicable experience of which should include three years specialized experience.
Description of Services/Qualifications:
Provides detailed mechanical designs and defend designs both informally (emails, verbal) and formally in design reviews. Coordinate the manufacture, assembly, alignment, testing and support of mechanical designs. Interact with vendors and customers. Perform cost estimates and help write quotations. Help develop, write and maintain engineering standards. Perform as a creative team leader who possesses excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities, while overseeing the work of other engineers, designers, and technicians.
Responsible for overall management of projects from inception through completion to ensure proper and timely implementation of technical and/or business solutions, schedules objectives budget, and milestones. Applies technology and domain expertise to business problems; develops and defines strategic visions via white papers, client representation and support. Provides technical guidance and expertise to program staff and monitors quality of work. May work under the supervision of the Director, or may work independently.
Design Engineer
Experience:
Five years applicable experience.
Description of Services/Qualifications:
Analyzes designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates mechanical designs. Ability to design automated equipment using one or more of the following AutoCAD, Pro E, Solid Works or Inventor. Responsible for making drawing and model changes, managing drawings, managing the purchased parts documentation including bills of materials, and managing engineering change orders.
Draftsman
Experience:
Three years applicable experience.
Description of Services/Qualifications:
Create drawings, red-line markups, etc.

Performs moderately complex administrative duties and assists in specific tasks of a more complex nature. Provides project management support. May work under the supervision of the: Principal, Project Manager, or Senior Engineer.
Fabrication Technician
Experience:
3 yrs experience in any combination of the following: machine fabrication; hydraulics; pneumatics; welding; blueprint reading; trigonometry/algebra; high school graduate
Education:
Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Mechanical/Electrical Technology.
Description of Services/Qualifications:
Effectively use PRO/E, Inventor, SolidWorks or AutoCAD, support mechanical part designs, including troubleshooting technical problems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office products.
