Pre-Contract:
Before work begins a telephone conversation is required and exchange of all design data. Communication at this point of the relationship is paramount to an effective working rapport.
Payment:
After the bid has been accepted but before work begins a 15% deposit of the agreed amount is required to be deposited in an escrow account such as SafePay Escrow.
25% of the project price to be deposited or payment at Preliminary Design Review.
50% of the project price to be deposited or payment at Final Design Review.
Final 10% payment to be deposited or payment prior to all project files being uploaded.
