THIS IS NOT A HOBBY, this is what I do for a living. That being said you will receive professional design and services at a reasonable price. I am not a huge agency when you call me, I answer the phone and if I am not available I do respond to communication within the same day. I am available from 8-5 M-F but continue to work nights and weekends to hit deadlines.

I use the latest up-to-date software that is used in the industry and will be able to supply you with hi or lo-resolution images of the designs. Because I have been in the industry so long I have built relationships within the printing industry. I can take the design we have created and shop around, have it produced and delivered directly to your door.

I mainly work on anything that is printed. I enjoy building and maintaining brands. Ads, Packaging, Brochures, POP/POS, Banners, Trade show displays and Direct Mail. I also have been trained as a photographer and do have a small studio at my office that can be used to photograph small products.

Work Terms

I have been designing for over 12 years now and in that time I find that I like to promote products. Branding is part of what I love to do. I get a rush out of seeing my work on the shelf in stores. If you work with me you will see that I treat each client personally. I am a one man show at this time and you will have my undivided attention on your project.

I work by the hour or if you prefer I will work on a project basis. I can quote the project for you so that you have an understanding of how much to expect and if the project comes close or appears that it would be going over that estimate I would contact you to review. I can either supply you with the files for production or can get the design produced and delivered to your door.

I am available M-F 8-5 and Saturday if needed. I am online the majority of the day so contact by email is fine. I would prefer to originally touch base with a phone call to discuss the project, deadlines and expectations. When it comes time for changes to the design or layout I prefer to communicate via phone, in case there are questions, and then follow up with a email to confirm what was decided upon.

I keep track of my time and supply you with a invoice that shows where my time was spent. If further detail is needed I supply you with a detail list with explanations of what was done on that date. As of Jan 09 I am new to Guru so payment methods would be conducted through the Guru Site and my work has a satisfaction guaranteed.
